Understanding Your Tracking Status

Not sure what your tracking status means? Here is a quick guide.

Check your email for the tracking link.In TransitYour parcel is moving through the carrier network. Updates may not appear every day — this is normal.Out for DeliveryYour parcel is with the delivery driver and will arrive today.Delivery AttemptedThe carrier tried to deliver but no one was available. Check for a delivery card and follow the instructions to rearrange.DeliveredYour parcel has been marked as delivered. Check your door, a safe place, or with a neighbour if you have not received it.Customs ClearanceInternational orders only. Your parcel is being processed by customs. Common Issues

Common Delivery Issues

I have not received a dispatch email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there and it has been more than 3 business days since you ordered, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.

My tracking shows delivered but I have not received my order

Please check with neighbours or any safe place the parcel may have been left, check for a delivery card from the carrier, and check any outbuildings, porches, or communal areas. If you still cannot locate your parcel, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

My order is taking longer than expected

Delays can occasionally occur during peak periods or due to customs clearance on international orders. If your order is significantly overdue, contact our team and we will chase it up for you.

I received the wrong item or my order is damaged

We are sorry to hear that. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the item received and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. View our Returns and Refunds policy.

International Orders and Customs

International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated timeframes. Please note:

  • JP Collections is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
  • Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control
  • If your order is held at customs for more than 14 days, contact us and we will advise
