How to Return an Item

Four simple steps. Takes minutes to start.

Contact Us First

Email support@jparker.store with your order number and reason for return. Do not send anything back without approval.

Receive Instructions

We will send you the return address and any specific packaging instructions within 1–2 business days.

Send the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. We recommend using a tracked service for your own protection.

Receive Your Refund

Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions.

Condition

Unused and Unworn

The item must be in its original, unused condition. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

Packaging

Original Packaging & Tags

All original tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Timeframe

Within 30 Days of Delivery

Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the date you received your order. Requests outside this window cannot be accepted.

Proof

Proof of Purchase

Your order confirmation email or receipt must be provided. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

Authorisation

Pre-Approved by Us

You must contact us and receive return instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Damaged Items

Report Within 7 Days

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

Items We Cannot Accept Back

The following items are non-returnable. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom & Personalised Products

Items made to order or personalised specifically for you cannot be returned.

Beauty & Personal Care

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty, skincare, and personal care products cannot be returned.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Perishable Goods

Perishable items cannot be returned due to their nature.

Hazardous Materials

Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original following the process above and place a new order for the replacement once your return has been accepted. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are based in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Your item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day policy.
