A note on honesty

We are not going to make claims we cannot back up. This page is a straightforward account of our current practices and our genuine intentions. We believe transparency builds more trust than polished sustainability marketing. If something is not yet done, we will say so.

Who We Are and How We Operate

JP Collections is a UK-based online retailer offering products across fashion, footwear, home, kids, beauty, and gifts. We operate primarily as a dropshipping and print-on-demand business, working with a network of suppliers and fulfilment partners.

The honest picture

The majority of our products are manufactured in China and shipped internationally. We are honest about this. Our focus is on offering quality products at accessible prices while progressively improving the standards we hold ourselves and our suppliers to.

We are not a perfect business. We are a business that is actively working to be better — and we believe being honest about that is more valuable than pretending otherwise.

Responsible Sourcing

We work with established fulfilment partners who operate under their own supplier codes of conduct. We review product quality, reject listings that do not meet our standards, and provide accurate product descriptions including materials, care instructions, and country of origin.

Packaging

Because we operate through third-party fulfilment partners, we do not have direct control over all packaging. We are working to understand the packaging standards of each partner and to prioritise those who use recyclable or minimal packaging. For Parker Square, we actively select providers who use recycled or sustainably sourced materials.

Shipping & Carbon

International shipping has a carbon footprint. We do not pretend otherwise. We are exploring consolidating shipments, prioritising sea freight over air for non-urgent stock, and using print-on-demand partners with local fulfilment centres (Printful, Gelato) to reduce shipping distances where possible.

Returns & Waste

We offer a 30-day returns policy and encourage customers to check sizing guides carefully before ordering to reduce unnecessary returns. Where returned items are in resaleable condition, they are restocked. We do not believe in fast fashion for the sake of it.

Community & Giving Back

We are a community-first business. The Grit Community and our Grit Points loyalty programme are built around rewarding customers and building long-term relationships, not just transactions. As we grow, we intend to explore partnerships with UK charities and community initiatives that align with our values.

Compliance & Safety

We comply with UK product safety regulations and cosmetics legislation where applicable. We are working to improve GTIN and barcode accuracy across our catalogue, and to ensure all product listings meet the standards required for Google Merchant Centre and UK consumer law.

Zero Overproduction.

Parker Square is our own-brand label, fulfilled through print-on-demand partners including Printify, Printful, and Gelato. Products are only made when ordered, eliminating overproduction and unsold stock waste. Gelato’s network of 32 local production facilities means shorter shipping routes and a lower carbon footprint per order.
